Must have experience in construction or electrical industry.Experience in managing an accounting or finance team.Proficiency in GAAP and construction accounting practices.Skilled in accounting software and advanced Excel; ERP systems knowledge a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to adapt and continuously learn.Familiarity with financial regulations and standards in the construction industry, as well as, familiarity with California construction laws/codes..Good understanding of the life cycle of construction projects, including Contracts, Insurance, change orders, phased billing, certified payrolls, accounting, and reporting.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.'Precision Electric Company is an equal opportunity employer.
