Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster is Hiring a Research Data Coordinator Near Leominster, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records of donors, gifts, and grants in MyClubHub.
- Ensure that the database is up-to-date, accurate, and complies with best practices and relevant regulations.
- Record all monetary donations, ensuring accurate capture of donor details and gift amount.
- Generate and send acknowledgement letters and tax receipts to donors in a timely manner.
- Financial Tracking:
- Assist Director of Finance with monthly reconciliation.
- Help collect and organize grant related expenses for reporting purposes.
- Ensure that donations are accurately reflected in MyClubHub and Quickbooks.
- Generate regular reports detailing fundraising progress, donor trends, and grant awards.
- Work closely with the financial department to ensure accurate reconciliation of donations.
- Grants Management:
- Track grant proposals, awards, and report deadlines in MyClubHub.
- Liaise with program and finance teams to collect necessary information for grant reporting.
- Support for Fundraising Initiatives
- Assist in donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Resource Development team during special events or
- campaigns.
- Ability to help coordinate and assist in community events with the help of the Director of
- Community Outreach.
- Stay updated with any new features or updates in MyClubHub and QuickBooks software.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in database management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Proficiency in MyClubHub (Salesforce) or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks or a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of fundraising processes and compliance considerations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Passion for the mission and values of the Boys and Girls Club.
