Summer Afternoon Office Assistant 3:00PM - 6PM Monday - Friday

Duties:

- Perform front office duties such as answering phone calls, signing in/out members and greeting parents/members.
- Provide support and assist parents with inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain and organize files such as attendance, bus rosters, and registration.
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Assist the Team of Directors or other staff members as needed.
- Collect payment for childcare services
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Utilize Daxco for basic membership tasks.
- Perform general offices duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as an office receptionist or in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Daxco or other attendance software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
• Portuguese (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• ServSafe (Preferred)
