- Manage dental office operations, including maintaining patient records and managing appointment scheduling
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies
- Support office management by assisting with various projects and tasks as needed
- Enter orders into computerized systems accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Serve as a clerk by maintaining organized records and files
