Hybrid Venture Capital Administrator - 50K-75K depending on experience.Boylston Staffing is looking for a Direct Hire Administrative Coordinator to support an Attorney of a busy Venture Capital firm in the Boston area. This is a very demanding, fast-paced working environment.
Looking for an administrative to support an in house attorney in charge of acquisitions.
Position Overview:
Looking for an administrative to support an in house attorney in charge of acquisitions.
Position Overview:
- Must have strong Excel and positive/confident office skills.
- Someone who would love to learn the Venture Capital world.
- Will review documents, edit/proofread reports.
Duties:
- Handle expense reports.
- Proof and edit documents.
- Must have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, able to meet deadlines.
- Must understand business priorities and proactively anticipate needs.
- Will complete tasks in a timely manner and with a quick turnaround.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- BA along with 2-5 years support and strong Excel.
- Strong MS Office and video conference software.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
