Boylston Staffing is Hiring a Venture Capital Project Coordinator Near Boston, MA
Hybrid Project Coordinator - 50K-75K depending on experience.Boylston Staffing is looking for a Direct Hire Project Coordinator to support an Attorney of a busy Venture Capital firm in the Boston area. This is a very demanding, fast-paced working environment. Will be ON-SITE.
Duties:

- Will manage logistics for meeting and travel.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team meetings and events.
- Handle expense reports.
- Proof and edit documents.
- Must have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, able to meet deadlines.
- Must understand business priorities and proactively anticipate needs.
- Will complete tasks in a timely manner and with a quick turnaround.
- Must have a high level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- BA along with 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Strong MS Office and video conference software.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A DEMANDING HIGH-LEVEL EXECUTIVE.
- HYBRID.
