CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Operations Manager to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What Youll Get To Do:

Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions

Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products

Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation

Youll Bring These Qualifications:

Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance

15 years of experience and a MA/MS degree, or 20 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a projects inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs

Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff

Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues

Consult with the client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

Knowledge of the Sponsors organization, mission, and partners

Experience with high visibility projects
