Salary Range: $100, 000 - $125, 000 / year DOE

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• 10 years in accounting with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, expertise in AIA billing and WIP reporting
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fluctuating business environment
• Must be a self-starter who can thrive in a laid-back but demanding environment and manage both vendor and team relationships effectively

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage job costing and work-in-progress reports
• Handle contracts, insurance, and billing related to subcontractors
• Oversee the accounting team, including accounts payable/receivable and data entry staff
• Collaborate with external accounting firms for month-end closing processes
• Manage financial data within QuickBooks
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and effective communication of financial reports to management
