We are currently seeking a Digital Press Operator at our new Indiana Print Shop large format printing department.
The operator will be responsible for the day-to-day print production and maintenance of the printers. The position requires a person who is very organized and great at prioritizing, organizing, and planning in order to see each job through completion and be able to meet given deadlines.

Requirements:• Read and understand job tickets to ensure production is produced according to specification.
• Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production.
• Monitor printer efficiencies & speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments.
• Must have the ability to maintain organization with multiple projects, prioritize workflow, adhere to timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain printer and inventory supplies as needed.
• Must be prompt, courteous, professional and take pride in work.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:• Ability to set up and operate various roll to roll printers.
• Working knowledge of current RIP software Caldera a plus.
• A strong attention to detail along with a sharp focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
• Hardworking, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality prints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:• Minimum of two years of digital printing industry experience a plus
• Willing to learn, we will train!
• High School Diploma
