Job Title: Digital Press Operator (Domino Press)

Shift: Weekend Night Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Description:

Label Company is seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join team. As a Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Domino press during the weekend night shift. This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Domino digital press efficiently and effectively to meet production goals.
• Set up and adjust press settings according to job specifications.
• Monitor press performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance on the press, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and make necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a Domino digital press or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Flexibility to work weekend night shifts (Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
