The successful candidate will partner with the Chief Medical Officer to lead market-level population health initiatives, with a focus on achieving the Quadruple Aim. This includes the identification, strategy, evaluation, and monitoring of population health programs. The role involves working closely with diverse stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives, providing leadership in population health both internally and externally, and using analytics to drive the development of interventions that target unique populations.Candidates for this executive position must have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and be a Registered Nurse with a Certified Case Management (CCM) certification. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in health plan operations and 5 years' of leadership experience is required. The role demands a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, community health needs, and the ability to lead large teams, influence change, and drive performance. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all market-level population health strategies, and for ensuring compliance with policies and standards. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change, with a proven track record in population health management and a commitment to the mission of transforming community health.
