Boston International, Inc. is Hiring a Customer Service Rep Near French Lick, IN

Customer Service Representative will take complete responsibility for every interaction with our customers and sales team by providing outstanding service as a means to build customer loyalty.

You will supervise a specific region in the US which includes upscale retailers, key accounts and the independent representatives that service the region. Key responsibilities will include processing orders and requests for information; maintaining a strong knowledge of all Boston International product and programs; understanding and implementing policies and procedures in various areas such as expediting orders, return authorizations and special pricing/terms and developing strong working relationships with independent sales representatives.

Our ideal candidate will have two years’ experience in a similar customer service position. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel along with knowledge of Netsuite . Strong organizational, communication and data-entry skills necessary. EDI experience a plus.
