We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office / Personal Assistant. As an Assistant to our mission driven client, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the key players of the team. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a high level of professionalism.
This role has flexible options and can be a full time role or part time role depending on personal preference.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism
- File documents and paperwork as needed
-Assist the head of HR with basic projects and paperwork
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Personal assistant duties for the Principal of the company
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
