Job Description:
The Senior Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for the success and leadership of the Digital Revenue Operations department at Boston Globe Media, and successfully positioning the company’s programmatic strategy for a cookie-less future. The position will lead the company’s strategy for navigating media and ad tech trends, and develop a premium sweet of adtech partners, high impact ad-units, and privacy/identity solutions.
Broadly speaking, they are responsible for the strategy, processes and technologies tied to digital revenue operations; including trafficking/ad operations, pricing, advertising analytics, programmatic revenue and first party data. They are responsible for ensuring that the strategy, workflow and personnel within these teams are aligned with the overall vision and mission of the advertising department.

The BGMP office is located in downtown Boston, near Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and is easily accessible by MBTA and commuter rail lines. This position is based in Boston, and candidates should be based in the area or willing to move.
