For our Talent Management Unit Central Europe on the Consulting Team, we’re looking for a Talent Management (Senior) Specialist for Central Europe. As Talent Management (Senior) Specialist for Central Europe, you’ll work closely with the Project Leaders, Principals, Partners, Practice Area Leaders, and Managing Directors, as well as with all other HR departments. You’re always on the lookout for solutions that anticipate both business and employee needs and holistically cover the development of our colleagues. You communicate your decisions independently, exuding empathy, calm, and tact.

  • You bring great passion for people issues and enjoy delving into different HR areas as a generalist.

  • You act proactively by independently recognizing and seizing opportunities to push for positive results.

  • You win over our internal stakeholders regardless of seniority level with your above-average service orientation and your diplomatic tact.

  • You’re good at solving problems and have the patience and perseverance it takes to do so.

  • You have an independent and structured working style and know how to best prioritize your tasks.

  • You have the ability to build strong relationships, and you’re an absolute team player.

  • You’re flexible and motivated, and keep a cool head even in difficult situations.

  • You have absolute integrity, discretion, and a sense of responsibility.

  • You have successfully completed commercial training with professional experience or have a (technical) college degree.

  • You have relevant experience in human resources or in personnel planning in a service-oriented working environment.

  • Ideally, you already have experience in assessing the potential of employees and can thus optimally assign our consultants to the respective client projects and accompany their development in the best possible way.

  • You are proficient in MS Office software (Excel a plus).

  • Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.
