Basic Function and Responsibility
s Dining Room. Provides a timely and professional response to the needs of the customers. Moderately heavy lifting is necessary.

Assist in monitoring work of student, temporary, and on-call waitstaff, bartenders, or other temporary staff.
$24 - $27 / hr
Requirements
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma required. Must understand all aspects of white glove banquet service. NRA ServSafe alcohol certification and MRA Allergen certification required.
Experience : 3-5 years of high-level table service in a fine dining or catering environment or luxury hotel. Must be minimum 21 years of age.
Skills : Must be fluent in speaking and reading English. Must have excellent human relation and interpersonal skills. Must have very good organizational skills and able to work in fast paced environment.
Must be able to lift moderately heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on an on-going basis.
