Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general building repairs
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
