Cloud Solutions Architect

You’ve evolved your skills into strategy through a long path of software development accomplishments and the curiosity to understand how all of the pieces of an IT ecosystem fit together.

The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of solutions architecture for the various customers. The Cloud Solutions Architect will work the stakeholders to define and document the systems architecture aspects of the project, including a high degree of interaction with business and operations units to understand the functional needs of the users of the system and the various technology teams, both within and outside of Booz Allen teams, which are responsible for integration points with the solutions.

You Have:

• 10 years of experience with information systems
• 5 years of experience with enterprise and full cycle in architecture
• Experience with cloud-native application development
• Experience with architecting in DevOps tools and processes, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with one or more public cloud providers, including GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Experience with cloud data engineering and AI/ML services
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a science field

Nice If You Have:

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to document and present solutions to leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• GCP, Azure, or AWS Cloud certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
