Key Role:
Provide technical project management leadership for multiple cross-portfolio projects from kickoff through completion. Critically review project scope to ensure all potential cybersecurity impacts are addressed. Assemble cross-functional project teams including technical and subject matter experts, assign action items, and track progress. Leverage an understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and processes to ensure all areas of scope are adequately addressed. Develop, enforce, and track project and implementation timelines while balancing competing demands of engaged resources. Apply technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and operational transition issues for all stakeholders. Identify and resolve potential gaps in technical execution as well as serve as the go-to resource for overcoming delivery challenges throughout project execution. Proactively address challenging issues that arise during the project lifecycle including resource- and time-constrained situations. Support ECS Portfolio teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services. Lead meetings for portfolio activities as required. Identify potential improvements or time-saving opportunities in processes. Understand SELC, Agile, and basic cybersecurity stack, and cyber tools. Manage templates, including PowerPoint decks, or Word docs to meet evolving program needs. Assist in soliciting and critically reviewing team inputs for required reporting. Brief Portfolio and leadership as needed. Leverage JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and other tools for tracking and reporting as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience in project management, including waterfall, Agile, or SELC in a cybersecurity/IT environment, including schedule, risk, and scope management
2 years of experience with leading technical cybersecurity projects
Experience interfacing directly with leadership
Experience with using Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Experience with developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings
Experience with cyber technologies and capabilities, including continuous monitoring, secure cloud and mobile capabilities, network access control, and threat hunting
Experience with integrating complex applications into large, complex environments
Ability to lead discussions and reach consensus among various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with identifying security-related gaps in environments and implementing solutions to close those gaps
Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet
Experience in a Cybersecurity architecture, compliance, operations, or engineering leadership role
Experience with selecting, designing, and implementing security tools and capabilities for large, complex organizations
Experience with innovative Cybersecurity products and capabilities
Ability to prioritize competing demands
Ability to be highly organized with metiulous attention to detail
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master's degree
PMP or Security Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
