As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll gain the ability to build an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership, analysts, and support staff to help identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll review the path forward and the expected results to leadership, senior decision makers, and your clients. You Have:

• Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, escalate conflicts and concerns to the management team, and work on several projects simultaneously
• Ability to think critically, analyze, and actively listen to problem solve effectively
• Ability to interact and network effectively with all levels of staff, including senior leadership, both internal and on the client site
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with projects in the DoD
• Experience consulting in a professional or internship environment
• Experience with operations center design and improvement, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of project management processes and best practices
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent research, data gathering, and analytical skills
• Top Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or CompTIA Security Certification
