Job Description:

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

• Lead in coordinating activities for accomplishing goals and objectives for customer requirements.
• Manage junior consultants to conduct organizational assessments, desk reviews, analyses, to assess current state processes, and case studies.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions and strategies to address and deliver business process improvements and organizational change best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants on methods to improve monitoring, discovering issues and delivering better value to the Department, and perform quality assurance and testing as needed.
• Supervise the development of work aids and supporting instructions to facilitate understanding and use of evidence from evaluations and other performance management information.
• Communicate findings to key and senior stakeholders using data visualization and other methods of engagement.
• Lead the design and implementation of short-term and long-term quantitative and qualitative evaluations covering Bureau activities including programs, projects, processes, initiatives, and systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the accountability, quality, and timely delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
• Support other project and communications management requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education Bachelor's Degree in a business or management field is required
• Clearance Currently possess Secret (must be eligible for Top Secret)
• Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Experience
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in management consulting is required.
  • Specialized experience in analyzing complex data required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in conducting professional facilitations with varied stakeholders
  • Preference for specialized experience in working with federal foreign affairs agency stakeholders to plan and implement bureau wide and/or Department-wide improvements.
