Job Description:

KG Premier is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Store Manager to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a Boost Mobile Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 1 store within in the STL area. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, provide leadership and support to the store's sales team, and ensure the successful overall operation of the location. The ideal candidate should have previous wireless industry experience (however, we will train the right individual), possess strong leadership skills, thrive in a commission-based environment, and be able to effectively manage and inspire a team!

Qualifications:

  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices Associate's degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets in a retail environment Previous wireless industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative Self-starter, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in training and coaching is highly desirable, experience in recruiting and interviewing preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee your assigned store, ensuring the successful operation and performance of the location.
  • Drive sales by initiating, building, and enhancing relationships with existing and new customers, provide leadership, guidance, and support to store team members, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets, monitoring progress and providing guidance to the store team. Train and coach all team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills to enhance their performance and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, maintain consistency and operational efficiency across all stores
  • Effectively communicate with your district manager and upper management to share best practices, drive overall company success, and implement company-wide initiatives. Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and employee performance.
