The Jr. Bill Store Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Jr. Bill Store. Staffed largely by volunteers, the Manager recruits, trains, and schedules volunteers to ensure that regular store hours and special events are fully staffed. The Manager is a member of the store's management team, which includes volunteer advisors and collaborators. The Manager liaises with the SLUH Business office, produces reports, conducts inventory, purchases product, and ensures that the business of the retail operation is attended to directly or in cooperation with competent volunteer partners.
The Manager reports to the Vice President of Advancement and is a team member of the Advisory Management Group that sets strategy and policy for the Jr. Bill Store.
