We are seeking a reliable and friendly Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive experience while visiting our establishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
– Assist guests with their belongings and escort them to their assigned areas
– Monitor guests to ensure they are comfortable and have everything they need
– Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about our facility and services
– Maintain a clean and organized environment for guests
– Report any issues or concerns to management
– Follow safety procedures at all times
– Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
– Must be 21 years old.
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer-facing role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
