Position Summary : The Resort General Manager is responsible for the operations and continued profitability of the Verde Ranch RV Resort and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for guests.
Ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience within hospitality management industry; preferably hotels or RV Resorts. Previous select service/ hotel GM experience a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Operational departments such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Experience with monthly operating budgets, expense management, and overall financial acumen.

• Recommends and implements marketing initiatives to increase reservations and occupancy and promotes CRR Hospitality brand.
• Oversees team member selection, training, scheduling and development and ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with the Activities department for planning and execution of activities and events for our guests.
• Analyze transient, monthly, and seasonal revenue and conduct comparisons at various intervals to identify market trends for the owner.
• Ensures compliance with federal state & local agencies that regulate fair housing laws & resort operations
• Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
