- Assists the general manager with the operational and financial management of the property. Meets assigned departmental budgets and monitors financial statements.
- Verifies that all brand standards are being maintained in each area of the property.
- Verifies that all team members meet or exceed all brand requirements.
- Takes action on guest and resident requests seeking resolution.
- Delivers and leads strong customer service and operational practices. Enforces resort rules and standards.
- Assists RV Resort Manager with administrative duties and tasks.
- Assists with the employee life cycle of recruiting, hiring, training, coach, counseling and mentoring. Supervises employees in the assigned department(s).
- Assists with delivering profitable results and operating within budgeted guidelines.
- Participates in the development of short term and long term financial and operational plans for the Resort.
- Meets goals for projected revenue levels as well as guest satisfaction.
- Remains current on business trends and local activities.
- Assists in the development of new programs which result in an increased level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Operates company golf cart and/or truck.
- Must have flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours
