As a Swing Bartender, you will be responsible for providing guests with exceptional beverage service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve drinks to guests according to established recipes and procedures

– Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner

– Maintain a clean and organized bar area

– Check guests’ identification to ensure that they meet the legal drinking age

– Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed

– Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and ingredients

– Upsell and promote drink specials and events

– Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a bartender

– Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Excellent customer service skills

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
