ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the daily operation of the operation.
- Assists Guests as needed.
- Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions.
- Must remain up to date on all current specials and promotions of the facility.
- Assists in merchandising functions as needed.
- Cash handling functions including POS system and registers. Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
- Basic math skills as they apply to cash handling.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed.
