BOOKED & BUSY IS AN EXPERIENTIAL AND CREATIVE MARKETING AGENCY SPECIALIZING IN CREATIVE EVENTS, RELATIONSHIP BASED INFLUENCER MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, CONTENT CREATION, AND PARTNERSHIPS.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate brand events, including but not limited to venue vendor sourcing, onsite coordination, reporting, ordering assets, and inventory
- Managing client communication, including but not limited to outlining client agendas, recaps, workback schedules, run of shows, presentations, pitches
- Outlining activation decks, workback schedules, and project timelines for events
- Offering original creative ideas for clients and company across events, PR, influencer, and social
- Anticipating needs of company and clients, proactively working on tasks and managing to do list
- Creating influencer lists, managing PR gifting, and tracking influencer posts
- Staying in the know of brands, trends, influencers, activations, and industry news
- Brand sourcing for aligned partnerships
- Shooting social content and ideating on trend ideas
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Los Angeles, CA
- At least 1 year of experience working with an agency or brand in the lifestyle, wellness, fitness, beauty, fashion, or alcohol space
- Must be able to provide metrics or examples of previous campaigns worked on
- In the know of the hottest new restaurants, hot spots, trends, etc.
- Genuine interest and passion for the influencer, social media, and events industry
- Open to working weekends for events and content, on call
- Plus: experience with Canva or other design tools
Part-time role in Los Angeles remote
Hours are dependent upon client campaigns and are subject to change weekly

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
