Bomgaars is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team in Basehor, KS. Now Hiring for a Pets Department Lead. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years or older

· Product knowledge/experience

· Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping

· Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis/squatting and bending

· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

· Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)

· Cashier

· Sales/Product assembly as needed

· Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked

· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs

· Handling phone calls

· Other tasks as assigned
