Position Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, talented individual to join the Bold Construction team as a Renovations Construction Manager. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and an ability to effectively communicate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
• Oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects.
• Follow the construction schedule, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• On-Site Supervision:
• Supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Resolve day-to-day issues on job sites and inspect work to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Efficiency and Compliance:
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Time and Resource Management:
• Manage time and resources effectively.
• Multitask and prioritize to meet established goals and deadlines while maintaining quality control.
• Project Responsibility:
• Maintain responsibility for assigned construction projects from start to completion, including a 1-year warranty period.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site throughout the project.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Change Orders Management:
• Accurately manage change orders in accordance with procedures using BuilderTrend software.
• Professional Relationships:
• Develop and maintain rapport and professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Reflect and support company core values in all interactions.
• Client Satisfaction:
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and success of projects.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Experience with estimating and/or sales is a plus.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
• Customer-centric with strong client service skills.
• Effective communication and accountability for work.
• Experience in identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to establish and build rapport with management, vendors, and clients.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents.
• High school diploma with 5 years of residential construction renovation project management experience (high end renovation project management experience preferred).
• No criminal history - must pass a background check and drug test and have a clean driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
