Promotional product supplier and merch decorator is looking for a motivated and energetic production manager in Miami.

We need someone who is flexible, team player and can supervise/work on various equipment as well as be autonomous around the warehouse. Must also have a good eye for colors and QC.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with great work ethic, tech-savvy and open to training with a strong desire to produce high-quality products.

Areas of expertise: DTG, DTF, UV, pad printing & embroidery.

We will train the candidate to be perfectly comfortable on all equipment, and operate if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall production workload based on ship dates
• Effectively communicate with printer operators and Orders Department to make sure orders ship on time
• QC: review print quality to ensure high-quality, accurate prints during and after production
• Recommend process improvements
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Receive incoming shipments, quantity check and allocate to orders
• Maintain stock room and inventory count
• Breakdown boxes for recycling
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area neat and complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Make sure proper maintenance of all equipment is done correctly
• General warehouse maintenance (incl. A/C filters, light bulb replacement etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Must be fully autonomous, well organized and EXTREMELY detail oriented (with good vision and an eye for color).
• Recommend process improvements
• Efficient under pressure, able to multi-task and to prioritize / effectively manage workload and team to meet customer deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50lbs.
• Basic technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Flexible to work extended or adjusted hours during peak season.
• Must have reliable transportation and steady work history
• Must clear background check
• Must speak English and Spanish

Knowledge of digital printing, Pantone colors, CMYK is definitely a plus.

Some type of Printing or Manufacturing experience is REQUIRED, please do not apply if you've never had any production experience.
Salary provided is a starting point, can be negotiated based on experience and skills
