THE OPPORTUNITY

As the HR Generalist at Bolay, you will collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences through nurturing talent within the organization.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primarily responsible for compensation and benefits administration, both ongoing and cyclical.
  • Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
  • Responsible for employee transition activities including on-boarding, off-boarding, promotions and other employment events.
  • Primary contact point for matters dealing with workplace safety, compliance and workplace behavior.
  • Reporting point for insurance claims or potential insurance claims of employee related matters.
  • Ongoing administration of worker compensation insurance and claims management of open claims.
  • Primary responsible for benefit programs administration, including insurance, retirement programs and complimenting benefits.
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process for all benefits.
  • Benchmark compensation and manage the annual increase and bonus payout processes.
  • Continually review and make recommendations to improve policies, procedures, and practices in personnel matters.
  • Create and communicate changes in personnel policies and create metrics and tools to drive compliance.
  • Review, develop and implement HR policies for workplace best practices, and make recommendations to senior management team.
  • Create and maintain various key metrics of compensation, labor usage, turnover, to monitor all aspects our the salary and hourly team.
  • Primary resource of the human resource information system to facilitate the day to day the growing requirements of the business.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5 plus years of experience in HR, including performance management, payroll, compliance reporting, and benefits administration.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll and benefits platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
