**Job Title: Part-Time Legal/Paralegal Administrative Assistant - Family Law Focus**

**Position Summary:**
As a Part-Time Legal/Paralegal Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team in various administrative and legal tasks. This hybrid position offers the perfect blend of legal expertise and administrative skills, providing an enriching experience for professional growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist attorneys with legal document drafting, and preparation for family law cases.
- Handle administrative duties such as handling mail, filing, scanning, scheduling appointments, creating tasks and managing correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel
- Prepare and file legal documents both electronically and in-person with Washington County and Allegheny County courts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Occasionally travel to Allegheny County or Washington County courts to deliver, pick up or file documents, plus other occasional errands, such as to the post office.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to streamline case management processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, ethical conduct, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably with a focus on family law matters.
- Proficiency in document preparation and familiarity with court filing procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ethical conduct and a commitment to upholding professional standards in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technologically savvy with experience using Word, Teams, Zoom, Adobe, Outlook, Excel, etc.
