Description/Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview of the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting talent that contributes to the Company's success.

Who You'll Work With

You will report to the Manager of Human Resources & Payroll while working closely with all departments based on the hiring needs of the Company.


Major Accountabilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from job requisition to on-boarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partners with the hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for job openings.
  • Publishes job openings within the Applicant Tracking System and applicable job sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential candidates via text, email, and phone conversations while promoting the organization.
  • Reviews employment applications of potential candidates to examine work history, education, compensation needs, and other applicable qualifications.
  • Refers selected candidates to hiring managers for review, selection and/or disposition.
  • Conducts phone screenings with selected candidates as a preliminary assessment for hiring managers.
  • Manages the candidate's experience through effective communications while coordinating/conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews and collecting feedback throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide regular recurring updates that identity activity, obstacles, and progress per open requisition.
  • Supports activities within Human Resources that support the candidate/employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a Recruiting, Customer Service, or Marketing role.
