Body Dynamics is Hiring a Client Care Coordinator Near Falls, VA

Title: Client Care Coordinator
Location: 410 South Maple Ave #100, Falls Church, VA 22046
Schedule: Part-time, 10-20 hours/week. Need to work Saturday. Potential for eventual full-time work
Requirements: Sales aptitude, strong communication, and organization skills. Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
Compensation: $15-$18/hour

Body Dynamics Inc., is an upscale integrated wellness center offering physical therapy, fitness, clinical massage and counseling located in Falls Church, VA and seeking an Intake Front Desk Coordinator for our energetic administrative team. As one of the most important client facing jobs within our clinic, the position performs a variety of critical duties requiring strong communication, organization, time management, flexibility, and administrative skills, as well as an attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for graduating college students or part-time working parents interested in being part of a professional health and wellness office environment.

Tasks:

  • Answer multiple phone lines to explain services available and schedule patient appointments
  • Communicate with patients regarding out of network costs and co-pays so patients have a clear understanding of how their insurance works
  • Greet patients upon entry to the clinic
  • Distribute/explain/review all new patient information
  • Manage scheduling of staff and ensure staff completes tasks
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, email and faxes
  • Process and forward billing documents to the billing department
  • Obtain and monitor patient referrals and visits
  • Responsible for maintaining optimal patient flow
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office suite, Google mail, EMR system experience, type minimum of 40WPM
  • Maintain filing of various documents such as billing records and charts
  • Assist directors and management with miscellaneous tasks and projects
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
  • Responsible for maintaining and ordering the necessary office supplies for clinic
  • Be able to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Additional tasks as may be required from time to time
