Job Description and Responsibilities:
The Client Services Coordinator is an experienced clerical staff member responsible for coordinating client appointments involving multiple resources and record gathering to facilitate accurate scheduling. Must have advanced customer service skills and experience connecting with different personalities and communication styles. Spa/Salon experience a plus. Opportunity for advancement to Management

Essential functions:
-Answering incoming calls and returning client calls
-Entering client information into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
-Maintain updated information in the CRM databases such as contact names, client preferences, phone numbers, method of payment and email addresses
-Process client payments and refunds as appropriate using CRM databases
-Greet visitors and team members as they come and go from the reception area
-Serve as the point of contact for all interactions with clients
-Serve as mediator for Body and Mind team members with regard to client appointments and scheduling
-Ensure adherence to company policies associated with record establishment, retention, maintenance, client and team member behavior, interactions and confidentiality
-Contribute to overall wellness center cleanliness
-Identify opportunities to improve client relations and shorten the time it takes to handle scheduling processes
-Contributes innovative ideas to improve work practices and flow
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
