- Manage and coordinate in the field the work of subcontractors, trade labor, and internal staff.
- Coordinate and schedule all permits and job inspections as required by local codes and/or third-party inspectors.
- Maintain onsite responsibility for safety, schedule, quality, and adherence to budget.
- Maintain plans, specifications, and as-built documents.
- Proactive planning, thinking days, weeks, and months ahead. Ability to identify and plan for critical paths.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and 10 years of experience in construction and 5 as a Construction Superintendent or in a supervisory role. Wood-framed projects experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Project, Autodesk Build, or similar software. Familiarity with Bluebeam and Build is a plus.
- Ability to create, manage, and/or revise schedules and related assignments based on key priorities of assigned projects.
