Who We Are:
We are a construction company that has been based in the Seattle area since 1990. We focus on multi-family housing for emerging middle-class tenants; looked at another way, our offering enables blue-collar and similarly-employed people to live in attractive, urban environments with proximity to transportation and amenities. We have an aggressive but achievable goal of 25,000 units by 2030 as the first installment in the larger vision. We want to make the model scalable to hundreds of thousands and then millions of units over time.
We are vertically integrated and perform most of our own design, construction, and property management and are working to harmonize these activities via virtual design, building information management, and technologies for our own pre-fab manufacturing.
