Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for General Service Technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• A general service technician that, to start, will focus on performing oil changes, tires, and light mechanical services.
• Continuously build experience as an automotive technician across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to provide industry-defining customer service.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns.
• Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers.
• Commitment to excellence in care of customer's vehicles
• 6 months of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• Ability to successfully complete jobs in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development
• Current valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for most of their workday.
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer

Pay: $17-$21 per hour plus other income incentives
