Customer Service Representative
Role Summary:
Provide best-in-class customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls to/from customers for the purpose of supporting clients business growth and customer service goals. Maintain strong knowledge of products, FAQs, and processing steps. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
