Solar - Lead Installer

Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hr. Year end bonuses

Position Summary: Responsible for leading a team in the assembling, installing, or maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar pool heating systems & solar water heating systems on roofs or other structures. You will work to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid license and insurable driving record
- Previous Solar install experience
- Previous Lead experience
- Previous electrical experience required.
- Ability to promote and comply with all company and safety procedures.
- Ability to use appropriate hand tools and power tools to perform a variety of functions to install solar systems.
- Must be a self-starter and have the able to work individually and with a team.
