Our ISAs generate leads from various inbound and outbound lead sources. The ISA assists in all aspects of the client accumulation process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database system (Follow Up Boss). The ISA obtains critical information about our buyer and seller leads and schedules appointments with Boardwalk Realty’s buyer's agents.
This role involves great attention to detail, making calls, a strong commitment to systems, a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone, data entry along with great customer service when communicating with customers/clients. Excellent and in-depth training is provided one on one with our ISA managers. No experience is necessary. We just ask that you are enthusiastic and easily coachable with a can-do attitude.

Compensation: Salary Base Commission - $45k - $60k
