We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Enterprise Execution team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will work a HYBRID schedule.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Strategic leadership: drive the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead the identification and prioritization of key strategic initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on these objectives.
• Strategic planning: facilitate the strategic planning process, from vision setting to execution. Translate insights into actionable plan with clear metrics.
• Implementation Oversight: oversee the operationalization of the strategic plans, ensuring effective implementation of strategies through meticulous project management and resource allocation. Monitor progress against objectives, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• MBA preferred 
• 5-7 years’ experience 
• Previous management consultant designing and implementing Operating Models
