We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join the Sales Strategy and Enablement team at Pershing and Pershing X. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical support and driving strategic initiatives across the entire Pershing and Pershing X organizations.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in project management, strategy, business planning, and data analytics. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a high paced collaborative environment. Essential Functions
- Help design, manage, and monitor the performance of strategic go to market initiatives
- Partner with sales and relationship management teams on key strategic initiatives to assist with business analysis, strategy, and collateral development
- Develop presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
- Help design and manage impactful client events and initiatives
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in and deep understanding of financial services
- Strong track record of delivering on time sensitive complex projects
- Exceptional communications skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, lines of businesses, and regions
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals and simple narratives
- Expert level in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Willingness and ability to learn fast

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $64,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
