We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Middle Office Divison. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Provides recovery support for offshore functions. Regularly interacts with clients in answering questions and resolving multifaceted inquiries for the most complex transactions. 
• Responsible for overseeing quality of outsourced functions in accordance with SLD. 
• Serves as subject matter expert and conducts research to gather information on the most complex, multi-faceted transactions and provides answers to complex inquiries that have been escalated. 
• Exercises own judgement and collaborates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliations of accounts for the most complex or atypical transactions and reviews/approves work of junior team members. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 5 years total experience
• Prior Financial services experience preferred
