We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Vice President, Control Manager to join our Operations Control Management team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Working with senior stakeholders to identify key areas requiring risk and control focus and support.
  • Playing a lead role in the production of key artefacts including those for the Operations HLA, Operations Control Forum, Management Business Review and Internal Business Reviews. 
  • Providing guidance and thought leadership with regards to the use of the risk framework.
  • Flexible leadership and support to engage in ad-hoc pieces of work when the need arises.
  • Control and risk education.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
