We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Team Lead, Client Processing to join our Pershing India – Institutional Solutions – Prime Services team. This role is located at Chennai, Tamil Nādu – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated logical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Master’s degree or equivalent to Finance and Accounting background
• 7-10 years of experience in managing a team
• Experience in analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution. 
• Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7 and 24 would be preferred.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Should be confident and high level of knowledge in Capital Market and Products
• Should have knowledge in Reconciliation, Portfolio accounting or fund accounting and Geneva application experience is preferred.
• Should have knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Adapt and flexible with shifts and willing to support on Weekends, Holidays (Both India and US Holidays) and flexibility in cross region mobility as and when business requires.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
