We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Regulatory Operations Manager to join our Operations Control Management team. This role is located in Manchester, UK –Flex

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Manage a staff of professionals responsible for specific regulatory reports in the EMEA region
• Oversee the creation of complete and accurate Regulatory Reports
• Ensure execution of all governance and control activities associated with Regulatory Reporting 
• Interact with senior managers across the various EMEA Legal Entities related to all aspects of regulatory reporting 
• Carry out all human resource responsibilities associated with managing staff 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration, or educational equivalent 
• 10 years of experience in banking industry with at least 5 of those years being in custody operations 
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends and develop effective solutions and strategies
• Strong project and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and effectively shift priorities 
• At least 5 years of experience managing staff including motivating, coaching, performance management and supervisory responsibilities for all daily operations
