We are seeking a professional level QA Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL for 12-month contract. If you have 3 years of previous experience as a QA Analyst and you're able to obtain a security clearance, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and execute repeatable test procedures for ServiceNow applications in Agile.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure quality in solutions.
- Contribute to release decisions.
- Create test documents (test plans, use cases, release plans, defect log reports).
- Conduct functional and regression testing using automation.
- Document all reported issues found during testing.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow suite, including QA.
- Proficiency in software testing tools and processes.
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and setting up test scripts.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- BA or BS degree.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Experience with other test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, LoadRunner).
