This is an overnight (third shift) only position. Typical hours will be anywhere from 8pm-6am depending on store closing time. This position will require travel throughout New York - including the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany regions.

Exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Headquartered out of Buffalo, New York - we currently cover New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Georgia and Florida. We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.

Typical repair and maintenance for our overnight technicians will be almost entirely handyman work such as painting, caulking, power washing, ceramic tiling, high dusting, and possibly light plumbing and electrical work depending on the technician's skillset. 5 years of repair and maintenance experience required, our ideal candidate will be well rounded in most trades. Our clients have very high standards, so please only apply if you have excellent finishing skills and a great eye for detail.

We will expect you to treat our clients in a very friendly and professional manner - as customer service is the most important aspect of our company. We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in our field and those that possess attention to detail, follow through, and take pride in their work. This career is ideal for those that enjoy working in different trades each day, and driving to different store locations, generally within a 1-3 hour radius. You will be given a great deal of independence, and in many ways be operating as an independent contractor with the support of our office staff and mobile app.

Candidates must have a clean and valid driver’s license with no major infractions within the past 7 years. Our company will provide a work van and all tools necessary to complete the jobs. Must maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of company vehicle.

Wage is up to $40 per hour, and is based on your skill set and experience.
